Purchasing New Numbers

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. We do appreciate if you report any issues you may experience before making a final decision to cancel the service as in most cases, we can rectify the problem with some changes in our network configuration. However, this is not mandatory and if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, please contact us with your specific issue and feedback within the first 30 days of your service activation, and we will be happy to refund any charges occurred (unless we specifically ask your consent in writing before activation of your service due to high set up costs).

There are no extra or additional fees to purchase toll free or local numbers. You can pick a number, select a monthly plan and check out. You will only pay the monthly fee as long as you do not exceed the included minutes as your monthly usage for the number. If you exceed your monthly included minute usage within a given month, in addition to your monthly fee, you will pay overage minutes times additional per minute rates. We do have some service options that are available with extra fees such as Call Recording, RollOver Minutes, SMS to Email. Pricing for these additional options are listed in our web site below our service plans.

Global Call Forwarding has local, toll free, national, and vanity numbers available in over 140+ countries and hundreds of cities around the world. Numbers can be selected by geographic location, as well as area code. We have access to millions of numbers around the world, and if one is not immediately available in our stock we can quickly acquire it through our regional partners.

Although we are able to provide numbers without documentation in most countries around the world, some countries and number types may require documentation. This documentation may include, but is not limited to:

  • Copies of Photo Identification
  • Tax Identification Numbers
  • Copies of utility bills

There is no limit to the amount of numbers you can purchase at Global Call Forwarding. Many of our clients are international corporations with hundreds of numbers in countries all over the world. Global Call Forwarding offers services in more than 140 countries – more than any other provider in the industry. If you would like a number but cannot find the country in our system, please contact customer support to make a custom request.

Although we have access and capability to sell Universal Toll Free numbers – also called UIFN, we do not list this option on our web site and do not encourage our customers to purchase these numbers for several reasons. Here are the main reasons why we do not encourage our customers to purchase Universal Toll Free numbers:

  • Non Uniformity Across the World
    Universal Toll Free numbers are not uniformly available across the world. These numbers were originally created to unify toll free numbering system across different countries around the world. However, because each country has different set of rules, regulations and technical set up handling their ITFS (International Toll Free Service) numbering systems, not all countries complied with strict requirements of this set up. That resulted in very cumbersome ordering and provisioning process as well as inconsistent dialing patterns for the end users in different countries.
  • Higher Setup Cost
    UIFN numbers are more costly to set up as they require more bureaucratic work.
    Confusing Dialing Patterns: UIFN numbers require different dialing prefixes in different countries prompting companies to list additional instructions as to how callers should dial them in different countries. This confusing dialing patterns defeat the entire purpose of having UIFN as they are supposed to be easy to remember and dial the same way from various countries around the world.
  • More Complex Trouble Resolution
    It not always easy to detect and resolve a problem with these numbers as they originate from multiple networks which makes it much harder to troubleshoot and fix.

Yes. You can keep your existing phone service and forward calls from your new number to your existing phone service / number.

There is no long term commitment using our services, and you can cancel your account at any time. We prefer not to impose long terms commitments to our customers and rather we work hard to earn your long term business by providing excellent customer support, reliable and high quality service, and continuous improvements and additions to our offers.
