Our system is currently setup to forward incoming SMS messages to your email address and cannot directly forward to your phone number. However, there is one potential way to receive incoming SMS messages directly in your SMS inbox. Most mobile service providers in the world provide free “email to text” service, which allows the user to receive SMS messages through an email address. For example, T-Mobile in the US has a service that delivers emails sent to email@example.com into phone’s SMS inbox. You can find this specific email format for your mobile service provider and use the specific email address to receive incoming SMS messages in your phone’s SMS inbox directly.
Yes, our system receives the Caller ID of the SMS / Text message sender and will be forwarding that information to your email along with the content of SMS messages.
Your SMS enabled number will receive messages received from networks within the origination country of the number. In most cases, it will also receive messages originating from other countries around the world. However, because international mobile networks are not always prompt with updating their databases with newly assigned SMS enabled numbers from other countries, we cannot guarantee delivery of SMS / Text messages sent to your number from other countries around the world.
If you purchased an SMS enabled number from us, we forward all your incoming SMS / Text messages to your preselected email address. If you have not assigned a specific email to your SMS enabled number, then our system will forward SMS / Text messages to your default account email. You also have access to all your SMS messages (both time/day and contents) through your online account control panel.
