Furthermore, the updated softphone also works alongside the GCF Click-to-Dial Chrome extension, allowing users to instantly call phone numbers on web pages. Simply click the call button and be directed to the softphone to place the call.

The softphone is currently available for Windows PC users via the Microsoft Store.
