Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, agree to keep this information confidential on their own terms.
We may also release your information when we believe this action is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. Aside from this, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, research, or other uses.
How do we keep payment secure?
Global Call Forwarding purposefully does not store your credit card details. Instead, we use a Payment Card Industry or PCI-compliant payment processor that stores payment information and issues a token instead. These tokens do not contain card details and work as the card identifier for the processor. As a result, your payment information is always kept safe and only accessible to you.
Because our services extend across the nation, we are certified and committed to privacy protection in several states. We work in accordance with several different legal standards to ensure customers across the US are protected.

The Florida Information Protection Act guarantees protection through a requirement to notify customers of any information collected and/or stored by any entity. GCF works alongside FIPA to ensure that your information is not shared, and in the event of a breach, you are notified immediately to maximize protection.
Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act Compliance (VCDPA)
Similar to the CCPA, this act ensures that data compliance laws are customer-centric and protects individuals from losing control of their personal information and where it may end up. It follows suit with other compliance laws to ensure security. We are compliant with the VCDPA as we allow for customers to opt out of data collection at any time, protect any sensitive data if collected, and delete any data upon request.
