We offer 5 plans with included minutes and an additional per-minute rate. Our virtual phone number plans start at $7.95 per month with included minutes. Outbound calling service starts at $25 per month. The monthly fees and number of included minutes will vary depending on the type of number selected and the destination calls are to be routed.

Our plans come loaded with advanced service features to reliably power your business communications. All service features are included with our plans at no extra cost, except for cloud call recording, outbound calling, rollover minutes, and SMS. These are available for an extra cost. We offer 24/7 live technical support and corporate accounts are assigned a dedicated account manager.

Verified business accounts are under no obligation. They may cancel their services or make changes to their plans anytime through our online control panel or by contacting us 24/7. Accounts that are opened for "personal" use and unverified businesses are subject to a minimum of three months commitment. The cancellation request must be submitted before the end of the month to take effect.

We have 24/7 customer service and try to process new applications as soon as possible. After signing up, you will be asked to verify your email address and in some cases, our provisioning team will need to contact you to verify further details of your application. After your application has been verified, we will provision your services, test your numbers, and send you a service confirmation email. This email includes login credentials that can be used to manage your service online.

Our plans are designed to grow with your company through the ups and downs. You can make changes to your plan anytime and those changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also make changes to your forwarding settings in real-time through our online control panel, or by contacting us 24/7.

Most applications are processed within 1-2 business days. Your account can be used as soon as your application has been processed; it's a turnkey solution that does not require complex setup. It's a cloud-based service that can be used out of the box and does not require extra hardware.
