Depending on where your workplace is located, it is important to provide quality food and coffee to your staff. An employee might decide to forgo their mid-afternoon coffee since it’s too far away and then fall behind on their assignments as a result of the 3:00 slump. Instead, providing snacks and (good) coffee can keep employees happy, productive, and inside the confines of the office.

While luxury perks are great, there have been companies known to provide them and eventually have to take them away to reduce costs. With food, there are only benefits associated.
